1.1. By filling out and submitting the Form, you are requesting a custom quote for trucking services from Smith Trucking Inc.

4.1. Submitting the Form does not constitute acceptance of the quote provided by Smith Trucking Inc.

6.1. Smith Trucking Inc shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information in the Form.
6.2. Smith Trucking Inc shall not be liable for any delays or failures in providing a custom quote resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Minnesota, USA.
8.1. Smith Trucking Inc reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Smith Trucking Inc website.
